The slippery bottom of the bathtub is a serious hazard!!! The rude interactions with front desk staff create an uncomfortable environment. Getting warm water in the shower was unnecessarily complicated!!! A better layout for TV watching would be appreciated!!!

the hotel has potential, but my stay was a complete disaster. the unprofessional front desk staff was too busy on their phones to help, and I couldn't even take a proper shower because the hot water was backwards. I expected an upgrade or at least a sincere apology, but got nothing. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I had an interesting experience with the room,,, since it was clean and comfortable. When I had trouble getting warm water, Pat from the front desk came up and quickly fixed the problem,,, even told me about the hot water settings being backwards.

It was a little pricey though,, but it worked out.

my previous stay in vicksburg was good, but this stay exceeded all expectations. the large and comfortable room was a nice surprise. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. i appreciated how the front desk staff checked in on my satisfaction during my stay.

The bathtub in Room 322 has a serious safety concern due to its slippery bottom, which could lead to dangerous falls, as I noted after witnessing an incident with a guest. The room’s layout is not ideal for TV watching, requiring an awkward sideways twist to catch the action from the bed. Additionally, I found the mattress a bit too firm, which could make it hard to get truly comfortable throughout the night.

The hotel featured a lovely courtyard that's perfect for relaxing. I could just picture families enjoying time together there, and it was very accessible for us seniors with easy access points throughout.

More friendly staff interactions would be nice.

The location is perfect, just off the interstate, which made it easy to explore nearby dining options. Pro tip, check for local restaurants within walking distance for convenience.
